That commitment was recently highlighted in the Summer 2026 Kittiwake Newsletter, which shared an update with residents on the progress of a large, multi-building roofing project being completed by Blues Brothers.
Keeping Residents Informed Throughout the Project
Large-scale roofing projects require detailed planning and ongoing communication, particularly when work is being completed in an active residential community.
The Kittiwake newsletter specifically recognized Blues Brothers for providing consistent project updates, noting that the team had been “excellent in communicating and updating progress.” The community received weekly—and at times twice-weekly—reports detailing the status of work across the different buildings.
The newsletter also shared positive feedback directly from residents, who described Blues Brothers team members as courteous and accommodating while working around their buildings.
Managing a Multi-Building Roofing Project
At the time of the newsletter update, work was progressing across several buildings simultaneously.
One building had already passed its final inspection, another was in the tile installation phase, and crews were completing or beginning tear-off work on additional buildings.
Managing a project of this size requires coordination between multiple crews and phases of construction. The project update emphasized Blues Brothers’ ongoing coordination of those crews and the daily oversight being provided on site to keep work moving efficiently.
