They came out, took a look, and said it was just a small area and that the rest of my patio roof looked in good condition. I appreciated the honesty. They came out, did the repair, and left with no messes on my patio deck, grass, or surrounding area. If I hadn’t seen them up there working, I would never have known that they were there. Chris’s honesty and integrity is worthy of great praise
I thought I had a roof leak and needed a repair. I called Blues Brothers after reviewing their work online, Google reviews. From the very moment I called the main number, Denise who answered the phone was so nice, professional, and empathetic when she was gathering my information.
About 20 minutes later I got a call from Edo who took more detailed information from me. I was overwhelmed by Edo’s politeness and professionalism. She really was interested in every detail I relayed. Thirty minutes later there was a video sent to me informing me of the next steps. Thirty minutes after that I received a call from Steve Stepniewski, roofing division, who took some more details from me and then arranged for Chris Thomas to meet me a day later. Chris was very prompt and listened carefully to all my details. He got up on the roof and looked at everything where the leak might be coming in. He told me the roof area looked great and doubted that the water I was seeing was from a roof leak. When he got down from the roof he looked again at the area on the garage ceiling I was concerned about. Immediately he said it’s not the roof that is the problem, either the AC unit pipes were leaking or some other pipe in the attic.
It turns out Chris was 100% correct. Three hours later I had the water pipe leak repaired.
I have to say Chris’s honesty and integrity is worthy of great praise. Obviously he knew what he was talking about and his reassurance the roof was intact and needed no work was a great relief.
Although I did not need Blues Brothers Construction Company to solve my problem, this consultation cost me nothing and pointed me to the real cause of the problem.
I have to commend all the above individuals for their professionalism and honesty. This tells me a lot about this company and their employees.

I Am So Glad I Went With Them
When I decided to replace the gutters and downspouts in my rental home, I wanted to be sure that the company I selected would give me the utmost service because I would be managing this installation remotely since I live in New York and the house is in Boca Raton, Florida. I selected three contractors to bid the job. From the onset, Blues Brothers had the most communication with me. So I selected them based on that superior service as opposed to the other bidders. And that service continued when they did the job. I wasn’t sure if I wanted the downspouts to be white or to match the walls of the house. They looked at other houses in the neighborhood that were painted like mine and sent me a photo that its downspouts matched its walls. I decided to go with that solution and I am glad I did because the completed job looks great. Blues Brothers advised me when they were going to start the job, how long it would take, and when they finished the job. They took photos all around the house so that I could see their work. I am so glad I went with them and highly recommend you hire them too.
