Had a few loose tiles as well as some cracked ones that needed repair before the start of hurricane season. The Blues Brothers team came out and did an assessment and then, about a week later, had their guys at my house replacing underlayment in the valley area and a couple of water-damaged fascia boards. Tiles look great, roof is secured, and the crew they sent were incredibly nice and worked very hard. Had it all done in half a day!

Wow, what an experience dealing with this company. I am one who normally does my own repairs and such, but for some unknown reason my lovely wife asked me not to go on the roof this time and to get some help. So I broke down and called Steve at Blues Brothers Roofing. He said his guy Chris would call and come over and see our house. Chris came and talked with me, and we came up with a plan, and then he said, "I will send you a work order by email," and it showed up just like he said. I signed the contract, sent my deposit, and then got a call confirming everything and was told Nate would be over in two days and it would take a few days to complete. Nate called me that evening and we spoke, and he told me the time he would be over. The day he was coming, he called and arrived when he said he would. Nate was a very polite guy and explained what he would do, and he went at it. We had 3 big areas that needed fixed and he did them all and cleaned everything up. From start to finish everyone I dealt with was professional and answered all questions. And thankfully, after the work was done, we had some heavy rains and all is well. Now to find someone tall enough to paint my cathedral ceiling. Absolutely I hope I never need them again, but absolutely would use them if I do and would recommend them to everyone who needs a new roof or a repair.
